We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to own the infrastructure, environments, and delivery pipeline for EndPoint Zero — a real-time interoperability platform enabling instant data integration across any system, eliminates data integration pipelines, duplication and delays.
What you will do:
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and releasing the platform
Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code for repeatable environment deployment (Cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments)
Implement and manage Kubernetes deployment architecture and automation (Environment/Containers)
Collaborate & Implement security controls directly into the pipeline with Security Engineer to ensure Image hardening, security scanning, and compliance enforcement
Automate deployment workflows using GitOps principles
Support engineers/developers by improving build, test and deployment workflows
Own Release packaging and versioned deployments
Manage Developer enablement through automation and tooling
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments and pipelines
What we are looking for:
5+ years of strong DevOps or DevSecOps experience
Experience with Kubernetes + CI/CD expertise
Experience with Containerized environments
Experience with Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
Familiarity with access management processes and tools (keycloak or similar) across cloud and on-prem
Understanding of security best practices in cloud and container environments
Bonus Points:
Experience with:
Kubernetes at scale (multi-cluster, edge, or air-gapped)
GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux, etc.)
Container security and image hardening
Secrets management and secure configuration
Edge/Air-gapped environments
Exposure to compliance frameworks (RMF, CIS, STIG, etc.)
Experience with encryption tools and processes
Experience with policy-as-code
Why this matters:
EndPoint Zero is only valuable if it can be securely deployed anywhere. It needs to be platform buildable, deployable and trusted. You are not just supporting the platform, you are defining how it runs, everywhere. Without this role, the platform cannot be distributed to customers with confidence, and the security posture of each release cannot be demonstrated.
